<li><strong><a href="http://" target="_blank">Extra-virgin olive oil</a></strong><a href="http://" target="_blank"> </a>(<strong>EVOO</strong>) comes from virgin oil production only, contains no more than 0.8% <a title="Acid" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acid" target="_blank">acidity</a>, and is judged to have a superior taste. Extra Virgin olive oil accounts for less than 10% of oil in many producing countries. Used on salads, added at the table to soups and stews and for dipping.</li>
<li><strong>Virgin olive oil</strong> comes from virgin oil production only, has an acidity less than 2%, and is judged to have a good taste.</li>
<li><strong>Pure olive oil</strong>. Oils labeled as <em>Pure olive oil</em> or <em>Olive oil</em> are usually a blend of refined and virgin production oil.</li>
<li><strong>Olive oil</strong> is a blend of virgin and refined production oil, of no more than 1.5% acidity. It commonly lacks a strong flavor.</li>
<li><strong>Olive-pomace oil</strong> is refined pomace olive production oil possibly blended with some virgin production oil. It is fit for consumption, but may not be described simply as <em>olive oil</em>. Olive-pomace oil is rarely sold at retail; it is often used for certain kinds of cooking in restaurants.</li>
<li><strong>Lampante oil</strong> is olive oil not suitable as food; <em>lampante</em> comes from olive oil&#8217;s long-standing use in oil-burning lamps. Lampante oil is mostly used in the industrial market.</li>
<li><strong>Refined olive oil</strong> is the olive oil obtained from virgin olive oils by refining methods that do not lead to alterations in the initial glyceridic structure. It has a free acidity, expressed as <a title="Oleic acid" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oleic_acid" target="_blank">oleic acid</a>, of not more than 0.3 grams per 100 grams (0.3%) and its other characteristics correspond to those fixed for this category in this standard. This is obtained by refining virgin olive oils with a high acidity level and/or organoleptic defects that are eliminated after refining. Over 50% of the oil produced in the <a title="Mediterranean Basin" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean_Basin" target="_blank">Mediterranean area</a> is of such poor quality that it must be refined to produce an edible product. Note that no solvents have been used to extract the oil but it has been refined with the use of charcoal and other chemical and physical filters. An obsolete equivalent is &#8220;pure olive oil&#8221;.</li>

Union Square Park is under the aegis of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.Neighborhoods around the park are the Flatiron District to the north, Chelsea to the west, Greenwich Village and New York University to the south, and Gramercy to the east. Also nearby is The New School. The eastern side of the square is dominated by the Zeckendorf Towers, the south side by One Union Square (1999) voted New York's Ugliest Building by a panel of architects assembled by the New York Post. It features a kinetic wall sculpture and digital clock expelling bursts of steam, titled Metronome.Union Square is noted for its impressive equestrian statue of George Washington, modeled by Henry Kirke Brown and unveiled in 1856, the first public sculpture erected in New York since the equestrian statue of George III in 1770 and the first American equestrian sculpture cast in bronze. Other statues in the park include the Marquis de Lafayette, modeled by Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi and dedicated at the Centennial, July 4, 1876, Abraham Lincoln, modeled by Henry Kirke Brown (1870), and the James Fountain (1881), a Temperance fountain with the figure of Charity who empties her jug of water, aided by a child; it was donated by Daniel Willis James and sculpted by Adolf Donndorf. A newer addition is a statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the southwest corner of the park, added in 1986, to mark Union Square's history of social activism." class="shutterset_set_13" >

<a href="http://mcgraphics.cc/wp-content/gallery/san_diego/20050316_calif_50.jpg" title="Climate in the San Diego area and the rest of California often varies dramatically over short geographical distances, due to the city's topography (the Bay, and the numerous hills, mountains, and canyons): frequently, particularly during the &quot;May gray/June gloom&quot; period, a thick &quot;marine layer&quot; cloud cover will keep the air cold and damp within a few miles of the coast, but will yield to bright cloudless sunshine approximately 5 miles (8 km) inland. This happens every year in May and June. This phenomenon is known as microclimate. Even in the absence of June gloom, inland areas tend to experience much more significant temperature variations than coastal areas. Thus, for example, downtown San Diego averages January lows of 50°F and August highs of 78°F. The city of El Cajon, just 10 miles northeast of downtown San Diego, averages 42°F and 88°F respectively." class="shutterset_set_12" >

The atmospheric conditions created by the setting of the sun are also commonly referred to as &quot;a sunset&quot;. These conditions often appear before and after the precise moment the sun disappears below the horizon, and as a result the term &quot;sunset&quot; in common usage has a substantially looser meaning than in scientific and technical applications. In astronomy the time of sunset is defined as the moment the trailing edge of the sun's disk disappears below the horizon in the west. Due to refraction of light in the atmosphere, the ray path of the setting sun is highly distorted near the horizon making the apparent astronomical sunset occur when the sun’s disk is already about one diameter below the horizon. Sunset should not be confused with dusk, which is the moment at which darkness falls, when the sun is about eighteen degrees below the horizon. The period between the astronomical sunset and dusk is called twilight." class="shutterset_set_11" >

Ireland is the third-largest island in Europe, and the twentieth-largest island in the world. It lies to the north-west of continental Europe and is surrounded by hundreds of islands and islets. To the east of Ireland, separated by the Irish Sea, is the island of Great Britain. Politically, the state Ireland (described as the Republic of Ireland) covers five-sixths of the island, with Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom, covering the remainder in the north-east.The first settlements in Ireland date from 8000 BC. By 200 BC Celtic migration and influence had come to dominate the island. Relatively small scale settlements of both the Vikings and Normans in the Middle Ages gave way to complete English domination by the 1600s. Protestant English rule resulted in the marginalisation of the Catholic majority, although in the north-east, Protestants were in the majority. A famine in the mid-1800s caused deaths and emigration. Following a war of independence, Ireland was split into: the independent Irish Free State and Northern Ireland, which remains a part of the United Kingdom. The Free State left the Commonwealth to become a Republic in 1949. In 1973 both parts of Ireland joined the European Economic Community. The Troubles in Northern Ireland led to much unrest from the late 1960s until the 1990s, which subsided following a peace deal in 1998.The population of the island is slightly under 6 million (2006), with 4.2 million in the Republic of Ireland[3] and an estimated almost 1.75 million in Northern Ireland.[4] This is a significant increase from a modern historical low in the 1960s, but still much lower than the peak population of over 8 million in the early 19th century, prior to the Great Famine. The name Ireland derives from the name of the Celtic goddess Ériu (in modern Irish, Éire) with the addition of the Germanic word land. Most other western European names for Ireland, such as French Irlande, derive from the same source." class="shutterset_set_10" >

<a href="http://mcgraphics.cc/wp-content/gallery/ireland/20070503_ireland_trip_0035.jpg" title="Ashford Castle in Ireland. Ashford Castle is a medieval castle near Cong in County Mayo, Ireland on the shore of Lough Corrib. The castle was built in 1228 by the Anglo-Norman de Burgo family following their defeat of the O'Connors, the Royal House of Connacht, who are still extant in the person of the O Connor Donn. The de Burgos would build several such castles throughout the province, including one on the mouth of the River Corrib around which was to grow the City of Galway, but Ashford would remain their principal stronghold in the vastness of a wild and untamed province. The principal legacy of the native O'Connors is to be seen at the gates of the estate in the form of the magnificent Romanesque Augustinian Abbey of Cong. It is in this abbey that Ireland's last High King Ruaidrí Ua Conchobair died and from which came the greatest relic of his Court, the Cross of Cong created to hold a piece of the True Cross and now in the National Museum of Ireland. After more than three and a half centuries under the de Burgos, Ashford passed into the hands of a new master, following a fierce battle between the forces of the de Burgo's and those of the English official Sir Richard Bingham, Lord President of Connaught, when a truce was agreed. The castle fell to Bingham in 1589 who added a fortified enclave within its precincts. In 1715 the estate of Ashford was established by the Browne Family (Baron Oranmore) and a lodge in the style of a 17th Century French chateau was added to the medieval splendour of the castle." class="shutterset_set_10" >

Located on the southwestern shores of <a title="Lake Michigan" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Michigan" target="_blank">Lake Michigan</a> and next to <a title="Indiana" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indiana" target="_blank">Indiana</a>, Chicago is the third-most densely populated major city in the U.S., and anchor to the world&#8217;s 26th largest metropolitan area with over 9.6 million people across three states. The Chicago-Naperville-Joliet MSA also grew more than an estimated 400,000 people between April 1, 2000 and July 1, 2006. Except for the southwest corner of <a title="O'Hare International Airport" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O%27Hare_International_Airport" target="_blank">O&#8217;Hare International Airport</a> in <a title="DuPage County" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DuPage_County" target="_blank">DuPage County</a>, the city of Chicago is located in <a title="Cook County, Illinois" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cook_County,_Illinois" target="_blank">Cook County</a>.</p>
<p>A <strong>tall ship</strong> is a large traditionally <a title="Rigging" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rigging" target="_blank">rigged</a> sailing vessel. Popular modern tall ship rigs include topsail <a title="Schooner" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schooner" target="_blank">schooners</a>, <a title="Brigantine" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigantine" target="_blank">brigantines</a>, <a title="Brig" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brig" target="_blank">brigs</a> and <a title="Barque" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barque" target="_blank">barques</a>.</p>
<p>Traditional rigging may include <a title="Square rig" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Square_rig" target="_blank">square rigs</a> and <a title="Gaff rig" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaff_rig" target="_blank">gaff rigs</a>, with separate <a title="Mast (sailing)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mast_(sailing)" target="_blank">topmasts</a> and <a title="Topsail" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topsail" target="_blank">topsails</a>. It is generally more complex than modern rigging, which utilizes newer materials such as aluminum and steel to construct taller, lightweight masts with fewer, more versatile sails. Most smaller, modern vessels use <a title="Bermuda rig" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bermuda_rig" target="_blank">Bermuda rig</a>. Though it did not become popular elsewhere until the twentieth century, this rig was developed in <a title="Bermuda" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bermuda" target="_blank">Bermuda</a> in the seventeenth century, and had historically been used on its small ships, the <a title="Bermuda sloop" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bermuda_sloop" target="_blank">Bermuda sloops</a>.</p>
